When professional wrestling started to experience a pop culture renaissance in the mid- to late-1990s, the first game to take advantage of it was WCW vs. NWO: World Tour, which was released in November 1997 for Nintendo 64 (N64). (WCW was purchased by its competitor WWF/WWE in 2001.) There is no doubt that WCW vs. NWO: World Tour was the best wrestling game ever made upon its release. But the question is, how does it fare today?
