Tetrisphere for Nintendo 64 (N64) arrived in August 1997 and really has nothing to do with “Tetris.” The object of the game is to remove Tetris-shaped pieces from a sphere with like-shaped pieces. How does Tetrisphere rank among the all-time great puzzle games?

In 2016, this is my favorite N64 game. It’s just such a compelling, fun and unique puzzle experience. It looks goos and controls fantastically. And I’m of the camp that finds the music to be awesome.
I don’t know if this is on any virtual consoles or anything (if not, all N64 emulators can run this games flawlessly). But if anyone reading this hasn’t played this one yet, they really should try it.
